Our chefs motto is: "Healthy and pure".
He puts together the dishes and menus with great passion and prepares the dishes in a traditional way and with minimal artificial additives.
A (cold) breakfast buffet is served daily with a complimentary (freshly) hard, medium or soft boiled egg. If you wish, the chef will prepare fresh hot breakfast dishes for you like baked eggs (with bacon), scrambled eggs (with bacon) or pancakes. This way we guarantee the quality and freshness of our products.
For diner, the chef daily prepares a gastronomic 3-course menu with appetizer for € 24,95 per person (for hotel guests, excl. drinks). These menu's must be reserved in advance. For last minute diners we also provide a (limited) a la carte menu.
